Free: the 90-second Leak Check. No email.Take it

One operator. Ad-tech stack. Your name on all of it.

AdPlanck is run by Jordan White, with a background in paid search and analytics for service businesses. I started AdPlanck because the agencies I worked inside could run ads, or build data, or talk about AI — but never all three for the same client.

When you work with AdPlanck, you talk to the person doing the work.

What we believe

Don't switch agencies. Switch models.

Agency-hopping gets you the same report with a new logo. The fix is a vendor that moves control to you, and trains your people to keep it. Which one are you?

No marketing person in-house

We run it. In your name. Where you can see it.

  • Ads, tracking, and the weekly page run by one operator, in accounts you own.
  • You read one page on Friday; you never write a report or chase an answer.
  • Leave any month and keep everything, including the person who knows how it works: the notes.
Take the Leak Check

You have a marketing manager (or want one)

We build the stack and train them to run it.

  • Measurement, warehouse, and campaigns built to a documented standard they can operate.
  • Claude training and the knowledge base so your team does the work the agency used to charge for.
  • We step back to advisory as they take over. The weekly page stays; the author changes.

Why "Planck"

Everything is made of units. So is your ad spend.

In 1900 Max Planck found that energy doesn't flow as a smooth smear. It arrives in discrete, countable units: quanta. The constant named for him, h, is the smallest unit of action in the universe, and it is the reason the universe is measurable at all.

That is the whole company in one idea. A marketing budget isn't a smear of "awareness" and "leads" either. It is made of units: a call, a form, a booked job, a signed case, a profitable order. The Black Box survives by reporting the smear. AdPlanck exists to count the units.

Quantum physics is event-based; so is good analytics. Every event gets a source, every source gets a cost, and once the events are counted, the math, the models, and the AI can do what they are for: find the connections, extract the insight, and move performance in the right direction. You cannot run ads like an advertising agency anymore. The work is technical, forecast-driven, and measured to the unit. That is what ad-tech means here.

The unitCost per booked job, signed case, or profitable order. Never "leads."
The countEvery event in a warehouse you own, joined to spend, by source.
The forecastModels built on counted units, not platform ROAS. Seasonality, expected value, what to do next week.
The constantYour name on every account. The one thing that never changes.
Paid searchGoogle, LSA, Microsoft — managed for service businesses since 2016.
AnalyticsGA4, GTM, warehouses. The house rule: if it isn't tracked, it didn't happen.
AI infrastructureClaude, knowledge bases, MCP. The stack, not the hype.
All three, one personNo handoffs between departments that don't talk.
